development projects within
low-income communities, and
provide emerging groups with
seed grants through the
PACT Project (Partnership For
Assisting  Community 
Transformation).

 

The Monroe Foundation  
provides small business start-up and 
entrepreneurship training through
the small business "Boot Camp" Program

The Foundation supports small business start-up and financing 
through lending partnerships with Washington Mutual, Marquette 
Bank, Hemlock Bank and US Bank.
